Each MAR model comes with a torroidal transformer which eliminates the hum and audio problems found with less expensive transformers. During weeks of extensive testing, these amplifiers were repeatedly overdriven through resistive loads and continued to pass the most rigid performance standards. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY MAR amplifiers contain a durable steel chassis, double thickness steel front panel and rugged input and output connectors. Neutrik combo connectors further ensure problem-free connections with amplifiers. DESIGN SIMPLICITY The MAR series setup and operation are made easy with front panel LEDs and large, detented dB gain controls. A built-in protection system saves the amplifiers from DC faults, overheating and short circuits. Power-up muting is standard on all models . -20dB signal presence LEDs on each channel let you monitor input levels and the MAR 4 and 6 feature switchable limiting. Each amplifier channel is built on modular boards that can be easily replaced or repaired.
